ZRC Textile Co., Ltd is one of the leading sport textile factory who concentrate on ball nets/ resistant loop bands / sports' healthy merchandise located in Jiangmen City, GD province. Principle "Trust and good attitude" let us establish long relationship with clients. All of us remind and keep on the faith"No given,no return.No creative,no progress". Our workshops are classified into stitching room, fabric coil cut room, sample making room, package department. Staff among 45~55 during 2020~ 2021. Office department 650 square meters, max production area 2,000 square meters. Sectors include design department, fiance department, purchase department, human and resource, business group, inspector lab Product range contain ball nets, kick bands, keep fit bands, speed & agility training equipment that made by fabric plus support rods. Golf chipping nets and soccer goals are belong to our biggest competitive goods since 2020, new design goods like speed training parachute , agility reaction exercise bands...... will be lunched one by one. Exported market include UK/USA/Germany/ Australia/Japan/ Korea/ Canada/ France... Major output is ball nets and fabric loop bands, sales amount is approximately USD250,000 during July 2020~ June 2021. Golf practice nets and soccer goals get hot sale record in 2020. All people is willing to pay for healthy exercise. History
Growth of company & progress & achievement ZRC Textile Co., Ltd was found in June, 2011 by Smith Chen. At the beginning, He guide 15 employees to produce shoulder bags for sport in a workshop area 300 square meters. Major clients located in china or sell merchandise in local market. After 4~5 years later, ZRC Company is known by distributors and traders as its quality handcraft. Some trading company start to cooperate with Smith Chen point as a max production factory. accompanied with the team & tech is getting mature & stronger, ZRC factory organized sales team & design department by Joyce Huang in 2020, which a year face challenge and memory year of global peoples’ health threatened by virus.In order to cheer up spirit against depressions and strengthen physical vitality, invest fund into the field of ball sports and body keep fit range..... We got temporary achievement after hard working during one year, The scale of factory, employees 15 at the beginning increase to 48 in 2021. Area is up to 2000 square meters, Month capacity counts USD 320,000 since May, 2021. Customers group grow up from UK / Germany / UK/Japan /Korea ... etc Future plan is that stuff increase to 100 , max production are will be increasing to 5000 square meters in future 3~4 years. Team for orders and internal running Summary of full steps for orders Business department present cargo produce documents that listing all kind of information about products (Like dimension/color/ support rods/ package details ), The leader of design department take examination of these documents and double confirm details with sales, then print out specific usage document (we call it order list) ,then pass to purchaser department. Purchaser take full job to follow all raw material or semi-material, make sure it’s the right one and get them in good time reach the purpose of no any influence about max production. Inspectors and designers start their jobs when get information from purchasers and house keepers to take test or inspect jobs. All above mentioned jobs are belong to preparation, Product manager apply for all kind of material & semi-material being reference to order list. Taking follow jobs step by step Step 1 -- Cut the fabric coil Cutter manage the machines to cut fabric being according to chart by made by design department,trimming fabric into flat like a sheet. Operate the knife cut Step 2 -- Stitching cutting sheet together A product made of several pieces of cloth, it’s necessary to seam the fabric together. At the same time,different handcraft ask for functional machines to carry out. Like needle lock/ zip tag / back tack/ lock stitch..... machines. Threads appear neat and evenly is the key consideration of the tech from a employee who take this job. Step 3-- Full check stitch goods Mainly checking about strings / needle firmly condition / finished dimension / appearance. If inspectors discover leakage of needles or tidy appearance, that must be fixed or remade. Taking full consideration of different items and handcraft, full check jobs are executed by labors at present.

Product knowledge & Organization regulations As the principle “ No given , no return. No creative, no progress. ” That’s a great booster to help us keep on the spirit of “Learn forever till the life is end ”. Our factory organize stuff to take part in some learning courses held by company or office bureau. Company internal course include sample handcraft instruction and focus points, max production, tech improving, quality inspection...... Aim to improve their skills and establish lubricative workmate relationship, sample and max production meetings or courses must be held weekly , or else monthly. Sample courses are focus on kind of material / stitching handcraft, usage, max production operation.... etc. Make sure the right sample fixing the purpose and usage according to plan design idea from clients. Max production focus on material preparation and product progress of items making, quality inspection. Office members notify the topic of meeting and ask members being representative of a sector to take part in suitable courses to double check jobs charged by colleagues on hand, let each other get full knowledge about the whole process of production, decreasing mistakes from each other. Tech courses are setting for stitching and design departments. Product manager held meetings being full charge of the jobs about inspectors / seaming employees, He will display a correct sample to all stitching workers before make this item, describe all focus points and tell them clearly how’s order about one product contain complicate handcraft. Arrange inspectors to check semi-item in time and blind points. Make sure all proceed going smoothly and delivery goods in time. Designer chief organize product function test and sample creation jobs, let inspectors and design assistants get full knowledge to make sure no mistakes about the following jobs about raw material purchasing. Company internal course like regulations / annual party festival will be under the charge of human resource department. How to lead a new staff get into the company member or arrange someone guided them being suitable for jobs, or else held a meeting for workers to tech them get conscious about how to use maintenance machines.
