1. Who are you and what’s the main products produced by yourself?

We’re a ball sport & body healthyt textile mechandise vendor, Product range include baseball batting net / golf practice net / volleyball net/ soccer goals/ resistant loop bands/ body gym keep fit band sets.

2. What’s production lead time?

Common speaking,  30~35 days since all details about order are confirmed. ( some products required new tooling will be longer)

As a ball net maker, some items support by iron frame requested new toolings.

A new mould from design to trial sample test. Period maybe 25~45 days or much longer. It all depends on the handcraft or product is complicate or not.

3. Do you retail product on line?

No, we don’t. Facrtorys’  running  strategic and role are all belong to a sport goods manufacturer. Our produce scale and sales policy are keep on the phase of items creation / production in further 6 years or much longer....But some kind of merchandise are made frequently, Like soccer goals for kids / golf chipping net / 3M golf hitting net / workout resistant bands / body training band kits are possible to arrange to ship in short time. 4.Are you able to label products or pack merchandise being according to our design?

Yes, we're. Our service team are classified into package / P&D departments.  Service about ball nets ODM & OEM are no problem. Sales chief leader will give you some templet or helpful  suggestions about package, then you will have more idea about new package or send requirements recorded by file to us. We will do the fancy pack in your mind.

5. How could I know the situation of max production?

The sales will follow all details of your order and send you letter like information about material preparation, production arrangement, package condition till for goods are ready by weekly or 10 days. As a producer, it's quite worry about that we cann't contact clients  during goods max production. 

6. How could I arrange the shipment because of I don’t have experience on this field?

In that case, we hope you trust us operate all jobs about booking the vessel or cabin ship cargo. Or else, we recommend a helpful carrier to you and given some warmming tips about operation. 

7.   How could I finished all process of a order when I decided to cooperate with your company.

     Step A--- Sample creation according to your description or needs.

     Step B---Order contracted by two parties when no argue of sample & some related details.

     Step C--- Deposit of order is received by our factory, Then max production will be arranged till cargo are finished to be shipped.

     Step D--- Shipment are full accomplishment by two parties,the obligation or fees burden is subject to trade terms contracted by us. ( Like EXW / FOB / CIF ........)
